Education
I have a B.S. and Master's Degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I also have an Ed.S in Administration from Lincoln Memorial University.
Experience
I began doing my student teaching at Alcoa High School in 1997. I taught for a year at William Blount High School in 1998. Since 1998, I have been teaching at Alcoa High School.
I have also been coaching since I began teaching in 1998. I was the Boy's Basketball Assistant Coach at William Blount in 1998. I have also been the Head Coach for the volleyball team since I started at Alcoa in 1999. I was also the Girl's Basketball Assistant Coach at Alcoa from 1999-2006. Finally, I was the Co-Head Coach for the Alcoa Softball team from 2014-2017.

All contact or questions may be done via email or through your student’s google classroom between the times of 9 am-9 pm and will be addressed/ answered asap. Work will be posted weekly via google classroom.
SUPPLIES FOR CLASS
All students are encouraged to buy a calculator (TI 84 Plus CE’s are the best option) as well as a pencil, and a spiral notebook. If you so choose, in class, you may use a dry erase marker to do work on the desk, but I advise that you bring your own marker and rag to erase your marks on the desk. Finally, please make sure you bring a pair of headphones that have a standard plug in jack. No earbuds or Air Pods.
