4	5 8/5/24: Training Mindset v Performance Mindset. Adopting a training mindset means focusing on skill development rather than outcomes. We do this by focusing on the process and investing in physically, mentally, and technically. This requires discipline, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic. A competition mindset increases concentration and enables one to effectively focus on the moment and excel in high-pressure situations. The focus is on dominating your sphere of influence. It's about playing the percentages, being strategic, using the skills you know you can execute, and using techniques to execute at the highest level possible. 11:59 PM	6 8/6/24: "If you really go for something, I mean really go ALL IN, there is the shadow side that comes with it.
