Faculty Bio
This is my 12th year of teaching, and my fourth in Alcoa High School. Prior to AHS, I taught middle school math with Blount County and high school math at a school in South Florida. Originally from Florida, I’ve been living in East Tennessee for 10 years. I hold a B.S. and Master’s Degree in Mathematics, and an ED.S degree in Educational Leadership from LMU. My wife is an educator for Knox County Schools, and together we have three wonderful children. This semester, I am teaching Algebra 1, Applied Mathematical Concepts, and Physics. I am also the sponsor for the Disney Club and the Chess Club.
