You will need 3 images from your placement as evidence for your on-the-job learning during the month. These can be photos of things you have completed, work you have done, or anything else that can be used as evidence in your portfolio. You can take pictures of people, places, or things. If you work in a placement where privacy law prevents you from taking onsite photos, use stock photos (pixabay.com or others) and describe how the photo relates to your placement.

The required and suggested materials in this portfolio can be made available to a prospective employer as a way of providing important information for making a hiring decision. A well-developed portfolio can provide you with an advantage over other job or college applicants. SENIORS MUST TURN IN THIS AND ALL ASSIGNMENTS BY THEIR LAST DAY OF SCHOOL.
Your portfolio can be in the form of a hard copy in a binder or cover, a Google Slide, a Google Site, or another appropriate format. If you use a digital format, make sure all documents are embedded and are accessible to all viewers.

Obtain three letters of recommendation. Depending on whom you ask, it would be best if these were on the company/school letter. Attach a PDF scan of all three letters. Include these letters in your portfolio. For full credit, you need to get letters from different type of people. In other words, do not get all of your letters from teachers (a coach can count as a different type of person even if he/she is a teacher). If you are having difficulty coming up with people other than teachers, come talk to me so we can work something out. Start asking for these now. Don't wait until the last minute. It takes time for people to write these.
