Your goal in this game will be to make as much money as you can within 14 days. To do this, you’ve decided to open your own business – a Coffee Shop! You’ll have complete control over almost every part of your business, including pricing, quality control, inventory control, and purchasing supplies. You’ll also have to deal with the weather, which can be unpredictable. Unfortunately, the weather will play a big part in the demand for your coffee.
Price will also make or break your business. Customers are more apt to pay higher prices when the product is more in demand – the weather is cold. As the temperature rises, don’t expect them to pay nearly as much as they would on a cold day.
Customer satisfaction is very important. Sell a good product at a good price and you’ll build a successful business in no time; overcharge for an inferior product, and you’ll be out of business sooner than you think. 
As customers buy your product, they’ll give you direct feedback by telling you what they think in the bubbles over their heads. If customers are enjoying your product, others are more likely to buy as well. If they’re expressing their dissatisfaction, other customers are more likely to take their business elsewhere.VERY IMPORTANT!!!

At the end of each day you will have access to charts that report your activity. Be sure to pay attention to these and use the information provided to answer on the days outlined on the next page. Place your mouse on the word price to view the chart’s equilibrium price; where supply and demand meet (the amount of money you should have charged for your cup of coffee so that you would make the most money.
At the end of day 14, call me over so I can witness and write down your profits.
