Feedback Requested

As part of the Tennessee Investment in Student Achievement (TISA) public school funding formula, T.C.A. § 49-3-112 requires each school district to submit an annual accountability report to the Tennessee Department of Education. Each district's TISA accountability report is required to be presented to the public for review and comment before the report is submitted to the department. The window to submit feedback to Alcoa City Schools is September 21, 2026 through October 9, 2026.

AHS will have a virtual learning day on Thursday, August 6th. Local elections are being held on that day, and AHS serves as an election site. Go Vote!

  • #1 Ready Graduate Alcoa High School ranked #1 in Ready Graduate in the state of Tennessee.
  • Early Post Secondary Opportunities (EPSO) EPSO credits can be earned through Dual Enrollment, Statewide Dual Credit, AP, & Local Dual Credit courses and industry certifications.
  • Career & Technical Education (CTE) CTE programs include: health science, computer science, marketing, HVAC, STEM, & culinary arts with industry certifications and post-secondary credits.
  • 1:1 Technology Student-to-technology ratio. Each AHS student is provided a Chromebook by the school at the beginning of each year.
  • 40+ School Sports & Club Organizations AHS offers a wide variety of extracurricular activities for students including academic-minded organizations, interests clubs, & championship-caliber sports teams.
