Orientation

Orientation & Start of School

AHS Orientation is on Friday, July 17. This is an opportunity for students and families to come to the high school and provide proof of residency, pick up Chromebooks, talk to teachers, and walk around the school.

  • Early Post Secondary Opportunities (EPSO) EPSO credits can be earned through Dual Enrollment, Statewide Dual Credit, AP, & Local Dual Credit courses and industry certifications.
  • Career & Technical Education (CTE) CTE programs include: health science, computer science, marketing, HVAC, STEM, & culinary arts with industry certifications and post-secondary credits.
  • 1:1 Technology Student-to-technology ratio. Each AHS student is provided a Chromebook by the school at the beginning of each year.
  • 40+ School Sports & Club Organizations AHS offers a wide variety of extracurricular activities for students including academic-minded organizations, interests clubs, & championship-caliber sports teams.
