-Use what you have learned about rhetorical devices from both pages 267 and 289 to analyze Atticus's closing remarks in Chapter 20 of To Kill a Mockingbird. You will be provided a printed copy of the speech. You should annotate directly on the sheet, marking as many examples as you can find.
-Once you have finished labeling the examples of the various rhetorical devices in the speech, look up the terms ethos, pathos, and logos and write the definitions in the margin of your paper. Try labeling your rhetorical devices with these terms.
