Retail Ops and Personal Finance-3rd Period Fall 24-Dr. Gornto Assignments

You are to put together a presentation to present to the class. This presentation should include EACH of the 3 stores you visited WITH pictures. Basically you are taking the packet you filled out and putting into a presentation and telling us what you liked and what you did not. You are also going to give your suggestions.

6X6 rule, punctuation, spelling, creativity and effort will all be part of your grade. We all will notice how much effort you put into this.
You will present this TUESDAY in class. 

You CANNOT use anything from the example attached. This is just to show you what I am looking for :)

If yesterdays and todays assignment are not turned in by the time we start class on Wednesday you will NOT go to Foothills Mall and will have an alternate assignment.

I had pre-planned this day off as I had something scheduled with the school but I tested positive for the flu this weekend. I will not be here today or tomorrow but will be back on Wednesday. PLEASE make sure you are wiping down the desk with Clorox wipes at the end of class. Sickness is running around like crazy!

I had all intentions to be there today but I am EXHAUSTED and I face planted in Times Square so I am also a little sore. (NO COMMENTS) I will share that story later. lol. As a reminder I will also be out tomorrow at the DECA competition.

Watch the first 10 minutes of the Apple Event from this week. Then watch the first 5-8 minutes of each product introduction. You should be able to capture the information that way. If not you may have to watch some a little longer.

If you get done you should then do any makeup work you have or something for another class. There should not be talking or walking around.
Have a good weekend....2 more weeks until break!

Watch the youtube video then complete the fine print checking account activity. This will not take long. 
Once you are done complete the financial analyst and actuary career document.
We will discuss both when I return!

You are to turn in the professional business letter by the end of class. It is due TODAY under yesterdays assignment. 
I am out not feeling well so I will not be in. You should NOT be in the school store with the other group. 
You will have some extra time once you get this done so please complete the attached Edpuzzle when you get back from lunch and we will discuss in class on Wed.
