- preventative measures (what can be done to keep this from spreading)
- outbreak detection (how will your facility monitor to ensure they are aware of an HAI outbreak)
- management (what your facility is doing to educate and protect its workers and patients if an outbreak occurs)

This can be completed online, or by hand. The HAI will be assigned to you in class. If you are absent, research common HAIs in Tennessee and choose one.

You are going to create 3 job postings for therapeutic careers you researched and included in your recruitment video. The following information should go on your Hospital Website under EMPLOYMENT: (For each job posting)
- Career name
- Location of job within your facility
- Hours
- Part time/full time
- Link to full job description (Clicking this link should take the reader to a Google Doc that you created that includes information below.)

- Job summary
- Job specifications
        -Education/experience
        -Knowledge
        -Skills
        -Abilities

I included a screen shot of how some past students chose design the openings on their website. Make sure the information is correct and that it looks professional. You do NOT have to copy the layout of any other website.

Therapeutic Careers Research in Google Classroom

Therapeutic Careers Research

Use the O*NET website link below to research therapeutic careers and complete a table that includes each career's scope of practice, required knowledge and skills, and evaluation of traits.
As you choose careers, make sure they are considered THERAPEUTIC careers. BEFORE MOVING ON TO COMPLETING ALL YOUR RESEARCH...show your list of 10 careers to the instructor for feedback. Also, choose careers that are most interesting to you. Later this week, you will use this research to help you decide what career opportunities will be available at your hospital. You will also use this research when working with a group to create a career recruitment video for your facility.

I have attached a copy of the table you will work on in class (in case you are absent), but you need to complete this assignment by hand (not typed). Be thorough, but selective about the information you include!

When you have finished and turned in your research, you may click submit.
