Profile

My name is David Baumann, and I’m entering my 30th year as a high school math teacher, and my 15th at Alcoa High school. For the past 10 years I have served as the Head Girls Basketball Coach.

I’m a graduate of Alcoa High, and am fully aware of the expectations and standards of the Alcoa community. The students in the class are going to be held to those high standards, both academically and behaviorally.

I have been married 28 years to my wife Donna, and we have 3 children; Braxton is 23, Olivia is 19, and Maggie is 14.

 

I received my BS degree in Secondary Education (Math), from Tennessee Tech University

I received my Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction, from Nova Southeastern University (FL)

I received my EDS Degree in Educational Leadership from LMU (TN)
