Faculty Bio
I came to work for Alcoa City Schools in 2015. Prior to my time here, I was a part time teaching assistant for Blount Co Schools for 7 years. I love working with students and families and feel blessed to be a small part of my students lives during their time here at AHS. I became an assistant cheer coach here in 2016.
I was born and raised in Blount County and have never lived anywhere else. I'm a 1990 graduate of Heritage High School. I've been married to my husband Kendall for 24 years. We have 4 sons and will be adding our first daughter in law this May! We are members of East Maryville Baptist Church. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, camping and horse back riding.
