This is my third year teaching Culinary Arts here at Alcoa, after nearly three decades in the restaurant and catering industry.
Our program is building more and more every year, and this year Culinary Arts will be offered to five grade levels of students in both the high school and middle school.

- I joined Alcoa City Schools for the 23-24 school year to start up our first ever Culinary Arts program. I have been cooking professionally for 28 years, with 16 of those right around here in East Tennessee. My wife Kerri and I have three children that are working their way up through the grades right here at Alcoa. The brand new Culinary Arts program here at Alcoa High School is off to a great start!
