I'm joining Alcoa City Schools this 23-24 school year to start up our first ever Culinary Arts program! I have been cooking professionally for 28 years, with 16 of those right around here in East Tennessee.
My wife Kerri and I have three children that are working their way up through the grades right here at Alcoa. We are all looking forward to starting up and building a great Culinary program, and having some great fun cooking along the way!
